MY EXPERIENCE
Over the last 15 years, I have had the honor of working alongside clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, interpersonal conflict and major life transitions. My experience has included facilitating therapeutic groups, individual therapy and crisis intervention in the ED.
MY SPECIALTY
I specialize in treating adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict and major life transitions.
MY APPROACH
As a therapist, it is my objective to help my clients move through the world more authentically and effectively. I support clients in becoming the best version of themselves using a treatment plan tailored to their specific strengths and areas for growth. I place significant emphasis on ensuring the therapeutic space is trauma-informed and client-centered. As a cis white woman, I strive to acknowledge my privilege and I am consistently working to increase my awareness of social justice issues and how they affect the clients I serve.
